Since joining the FBM Accounts Dept in 2007, Lindy has gone on to drive and develop the HR function within the Company, as Accounts & HR Manager, and was appointed as Senior Executive Manager in September 2021.
After starting her first job in the Narberth branch of NatWest Bank, followed by a period working away in the banking & finance industry, Lindy returned to her roots in Pembrokeshire back in 1998. In her spare time she enjoys beach walks with Lou her rescued Staffie, and going to the gym.
