Tim Brace is one of FBM's directors, with 40 years of experience not just in the industry, but in FBM itself. He was just 17 when he joined the Tenby office as a trainee. By 21, he was manager of the Saundersfoot branch. From there he went on to buy in to the business in 1990, and subsequently bought FBM in its entirety at the remarkable age of 29. Since joining the FBM Accounts Dept in 2007, Lindy has gone on to drive and develop the HR function within the Company, as Accounts & HR Manager, and was appointed as Senior Executive Manager in September 2021. After starting her first job in the Narberth branch of NatWest Bank, followed by a period working away in the banking & finance industry, Lindy returned to her roots in Pembrokeshire back in 1998. In her spare time she enjoys beach walks with Lou her rescued Staffie, and going to the gym.
Cory joined FBM in 2023, having begun working in the local property market in 2017. Cory grew up in Pembrokeshire and now raises a young family here, giving him a wealth of knowledge about the local area and its housing market. Cory takes great pride in the work he does for our homeowners, and is always striving to find new ways to best market and sell their homes.
Started working with FBM Sept 21 in the Head office as the admin and accounts assistant. I now do just the accounting side of the business and have recently taken on the Residential lettings accounts due to a colleague retiring. It’s a busy and varied role which I enjoy.
Jamey joined FBM in 2023. With a varied professional background, Jamey is new to the Estate Agency industry, and has come on board to provide admin support in our Head Office and has started training in Sales Progression, which she’s really enjoying. Not originally a Pembrokeshire native, she has lived here for 20 years now, bringing up her family. She enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and dog-sitting for friends.
Donna joined the FBM Pembroke team in 2018 with over 10 years of sales and customer service experience along with excellent knowledge of the local market. She became a fully qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents in 2017. After working in the industry for many years, Donna has the skills to manage the entire sales process from property valuation, preparing details, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and sales progression. Will had been working overseas, in Dubai, as a Sales Account Manager with IP Global advising on new build international real estate investments. Prior to this he worked for the Thomas George Group of Companies in Cardiff as the Sales and Lettings manager and has a wealth of experience having worked in a variety of roles relating to the property market since 1990. Robyn joined FBM in 2023, after recently moving back to Pembrokeshire having lived in Cardiff for the last ten years. Charlotte is the Manager of FBM Residential Lettings having joined the company in 2014 as a Property Consultant. Following completion of several examinations Charlotte qualified as a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) in 2016. Ffion joined FBM Lettings in May 2021 following 3 years at FBM Holidays. Ffion is a great asset to the team and has brought with her exceptional customer service skills and wide experience of client care issues. Ffion looks after potential tenants guiding them through the property rental process. In addition to this she also completes the final inspections and end of tenancies.
Jasmin is a property consultant having joined FBM in October 2022. Jasmin brings 1st class customer service together with excellent sales aftercare skills, having spent 9 years within the home furnishings section of a local department store. Grace, who became a Letting Consultant at FBM in November 2023, has a background as a retail manager in a bustling seaside town. After taking a break to spend time with her son, she sought a new direction and challenge.
