As a dedicated in-house professional, it is Lisa’s remit is to liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, surveyors and financial advisers – keeping all of the cogs moving smoothly throughout the transaction.

By keeping the lines of communication open, we can pre-empt potential issues and reduce the likelihood of chain collapse – which can be an emotionally and financially costly affair for both seller and buyer. From the moment we are instructed I will be endeavouring to get the sale moving - fast.
