Tim has been in the industry for over 30 years and is a member of both the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). Tim oversees the rental side of the business, is passionate about customer service and prides himself on great communication. In the community he has been actively fundraising with Wales Air Ambulance and is often seen cycling around the county of Pembrokeshire.
Charlotte joined FBM Residential Lettings in 2014 and is directly responsible for expanding the rental property portfolio in Pembrokeshire. Charlotte is full of life and has bags of enthusiasm. Having qualified through the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) in 2016, she is a great asset to the team and deals with the vast majority of our quarterly inspections and quality control on the portfolio. Charlotte is a key part of our liaison on our social media and developing the FBM brand.
Celia came to FBM Residential Lettings through the merger with Haynes Agency. She joined Mark Haynes and his team in 2004 as a property consultant following 18 years with Britannia Building Society. A real passion for figures and a real people person. Celia has a wealth of experience in both the finance and property markets and is a superb asset to FBM Residential Lettings acquisition of Haynes Agency. A family orientated person, who loves trips away.
Chloe joined FBM in June 2015 following her studies at Bath Spa University to front and develop our customer service within the department. Chloe is an excellent communicator and deals with all our landlords and tenants alike. Chloe is very approachable, professional at all times and is a good listener.
Jane is the newest member to the Residential Lettings team having joined the company in July 2018. Jane is a great asset to the team. Her role within the department includes conducting the quarterly property checks, processing applications and instructing works orders.
