Tim Brace MNAEA & MARLA

Director

Tim Brace is one of FBM's directors, bringing 40 years of experience not just to the industry, but to FBM itself. He began his career at just 17, joining the Tenby office as a trainee. By 21, he was managing the Saundersfoot branch, and by 29, he had taken full ownership of FBM—an extraordinary achievement at such a young age.

Tim’s expertise spans both commercial and residential sales, residential lettings, and holiday accommodation. He is a qualified Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), ensuring he remains at the forefront of industry standards.

With FBM Holidays now operating independently, Tim is focused on driving FBM Estates forward, continuing to build on its strong reputation and success.

Director

Kelly Gardner is a director at FBM, having started as an apprentice in 2005. She quickly rose through the ranks, becoming senior negotiator, branch manager, and ultimately a director in 2023. During her time away from the company, Kelly gained experience in online estate agency and earned a 1st Class Honors degree in business management, all while balancing motherhood.

Her appointment completes the newly formed management team at FBM. Kelly’s unique blend of practical experience and business acumen positions her to build on FBM's strong foundations, bringing a fresh vision to life and enhancing the customer experience.

Lettings Director

Steph joined FBM Estate Agents in September 2023, bringing with her over 20 years of retail and property management experience. She is passionate about selling clients their dream homes, and makes this her driving force. Renovation properties are Steph’s personal favourite, being a developer herself.

Steph has a keen eye for potential, and likes to help create a vision of what could be. In the future, Steph looks forward to achieving her MNAEA qualifications, and furthering her career as an Estate Agent.

Kaley joined FBM Estate Agents in 2007, beginning her career as a Sales Negotiator. Since then, she has worked her way up to become Valuer and Manager of the Milford Haven branch. Having navigated some of the toughest property markets, Kaley has built a wealth of experience and resilience—qualities she believes prove that the only way is onwards and upwards.

She takes immense pride in her team, having previously led them to win “Office of the Year”—a title she’s determined to defend. With a strong, dynamic team behind her, Kaley is committed to ensuring that FBM Milford Haven remains the market leader in the town.

A hands-on and proactive manager, Kaley remains active whenever she can, constantly driving performance and supporting her team to deliver exceptional service.

Donna Jones-Powell MNAEA

Pembroke Manager

Donna joined the FBM Pembroke team in 2018, bringing over 10 years of sales and customer service experience, along with a deep knowledge of the local market. She became a fully qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) in 2017. With years of experience in the industry, Donna is skilled at managing the entire sales process, from property valuation and preparing details to conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and sales progression.

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, Donna’s aim is always to exceed expectations and provide a seamless experience for our vendors and clients.

Martin Osborne MNAEA

Haverfordwest Manager

Martin joined FBM as Sales Manager of the Haverfordwest Office, bringing more than 20 years of experience within the property and estate agency sector. Throughout his career, Martin has developed extensive expertise across all aspects of residential property sales, having progressed from a Sales Negotiator role into Valuations before advancing into Branch Management, where he successfully managed a number of estate agency offices.

Holding a recognised NAEA qualification, Martin possesses a strong and comprehensive understanding of the estate agency industry, market trends and the property sales process. His breadth of experience and local knowledge enables him to provide informed guidance and professional support to clients at every stage of their property journey.

Martin is passionate about helping FBM’s vendors and purchasers achieve their property goals. Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, he takes great pride in assisting clients through what is often one of the most significant decisions of their lives. Seeing buyers and sellers realise their ambitions provides him with immense professional satisfaction and continues to drive his commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for every client.

Leanne joined FBM in January 2015 after spending a decade in a fast-paced sales environment. Since then, she has continued to strengthen her skills, combining her sales expertise with an ever-growing knowledge of the property market. Her ability to negotiate and secure deals ensures that both new and returning clients receive the highest level of service.

Leanne has been recognised multiple times for her outstanding performance, winning “Salesperson of the Year” twice and earning numerous “Top Negotiator” awards. Nothing brings her greater satisfaction than working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and helping them find their next home.

Jane joined FBM Residential Lettings in July 2018 and has quickly become a valued cornerstone of the team. With her excellent customer service skills and in-depth knowledge of the rental portfolio, Jane consistently delivers top-notch service to both landlords and tenants. After completing her studies, she achieved Membership with the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) with flying colours.

Melissa joined the company in 2024 as a Sales Progressor and is now beginning her career as a Negotiator. She has a real passion for liaising with clients, ensuring they always receive a first-class experience.

Having lived in Pembroke Dock all her life, Melissa knows the area exceptionally well and enjoys using her local knowledge to support clients in finding the right home. Melissa is approachable, professional, and committed to making the moving process as smooth as possible.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys going to the gym and relaxing at home. She also holds a First-Class Honours degree in Education Studies.

Charlotte joined FBM in 2025, bringing a fresh perspective to the property industry after relocating from the West Midlands to Pembrokeshire. With a strong background in finance and customer service, she is passionate about developing her expertise within the property sector while helping clients find their dream homes. Alongside her career growth, Charlotte enjoys exploring the beauty of Pembrokeshire and is currently working towards her NAEA qualification to further enhance her professional knowledge and skills.

Isabella relocated from the West Midlands to Pembrokeshire and has developed a strong passion for the property sector. Following her time working within the NHS, she has built a career in property, driven by her interest in the housing market, local area knowledge, and helping buyers find the right home.

Excited to be part of FBM’s well-established reputation and local presence, Isabella is continuing to develop her expertise while working towards her NAEA qualification to support her ongoing growth within the industry.

Leigh joined the FBM team after spending two years in the investment industry. Prior to that, he thrived in a management role at some of the UK's leading destination hotels. With a diverse skill set gained throughout his career, Leigh is eager to contribute to FBM’s success. Passionate about renovation projects and known for his sharp eye for detail, Leigh is excited to help clients find their perfect home.

HR & Accounts Manager

Since joining the FBM Accounts Dept in 2007, Lindy has gone on to drive and develop the HR function within the Company, as Accounts & HR Manager, and was appointed as Senior Executive Manager in September 2021. After starting her first job in the Narberth branch of NatWest Bank, followed by a period working away in the banking & finance industry, Lindy returned to her roots in Pembrokeshire back in 1998. In her spare time she enjoys beach walks with Lou her rescued Staffie, and going to the gym.

Rebecca joined FBM in June 2025 as a Personal Assistant supporting the Directors and is really enjoying the journey so far. With a background in the hospitality sector, being organised and people-focused comes naturally to her. Ambitious and eager to grow and develop, Rebecca enjoys spending her free time at home with her family.

Lheyton Warby

Lheyton Warby

Business Development Consultant

Lheyton is a valued member of the team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to landlord clients and supporting the continued growth of the rental portfolio. He began his career in hospitality, training as a chef at a prestigious UK catering college before moving into front-of-house operations with the De Vere Group, managing high-end venues across the UK. He later co-founded a serviced accommodation company, taking on the role of Commercial Director. Over an 18-year career in the sector, Lheyton led high-value transactions and worked with major clients including Argos, Network Rail, and BAE Systems, helping companies manage and mitigate void properties nationwide.

With a longstanding passion for residential property, Lheyton went on to join a leading estate agency, where he managed the flagship branch and achieved record-breaking results for the company. Having relocated to Pembrokeshire, he now combines his extensive customer service and property experience to support clients across the local market.

Outside of work, Lheyton is a keen outdoors enthusiast and volunteers with The Scout Association, leading expeditions across the UK and Europe.

Adam Jones

Sales Negotiator

Adam is a Sales Negotiator at FBM, bringing with him a strong background in leadership and teamwork from his previous role as Head Coach at a multisport academy. His coaching experience has developed excellent communication skills and a natural ability to work collaboratively—qualities that support his role within the property industry.

Adam is passionate about continuing to build his career in estate agency and enjoys expanding his knowledge of the local market while supporting clients throughout their property journey. Outside of work, he is a keen sports enthusiast with a particular love for rugby and staying active whenever possible.

Rebecca joined FBM as a lettings consultant in the Residential Letting Dept, starting a new career path with a keen interest in developing her skills and qualifications further. Born and raised in Haverfordwest, Rebecca has knowledge of the local Pembrokeshire and is excited to be able to provide information about the surrounding areas to clients. Providing excellent customer service has always been something Rebecca enjoys and working with customers to provide a positive impact and experience.  Rebecca will be studying towards becoming ARLA qualified.

Stuart Owen

Maintenance and Inspections Co-ordinator

Stuart Owen is a proud Pembrokeshire local with a diverse background spanning military service, skilled trades, and property maintenance. After serving in the military police, Stuart qualified as a plumber and went on to work on refinery and offshore projects in the North Sea. Most recently, he has worked in property maintenance and inspection for the local council.

Born and bred in Pembrokeshire, Stuart brings strong local knowledge, a practical approach, and years of hands-on experience. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing and playing golf — even if, by his own admission, he’s not quite mastered the sport yet.

A proud Pembrokeshire native, Amberley has recently returned to her hometown of Pembroke after spending six successful years working as an estate agent in Cardiff. Her time in the capital sharpened her skills and broadened her experience, which she now brings to the FBM Pembroke team with enthusiasm and a fresh perspective. With a background in Advertising Design and a Level 3 Certificate for Sales and Lettings Agents (CELA), Amberley combines creativity, professionalism, and in-depth industry knowledge. Known for her approachable nature and attention to detail, she is passionate about helping clients find the perfect home and is delighted to be working in the community she knows so well.

Cheryl joined FBM as a valued member of our Accounts Department. Bringing with her over 30 years of accounting experience in the private sector, she offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Her responsibilities include processing rental payments, handling account queries, and managing invoice processing with efficiency and accuracy. Cheryl has quickly established herself as a valuable member of the Residential Lettings team, contributing significantly to the smooth running of the department.
