"We have recently sold a property through FBM Haverfordwest office. Being my late Mothers home, this was always going to be a difficult and emotive process. I contacted several agents initially, to get valuations and to assess them and how they work. My gut feeling immediately was to go with FBM due to the way the manager Yvonne came across, with her sympathetic, respectful and professional approach. I wrote **** *******, one of their rivals off instantly, due to the fact that the manager bad mouthed FBM and quite frankly came out with disgraceful comments which proved to be completely untrue! I was disgusted by this and decided that if they could not secure my business fairly and based on their reputation, as FBM did, then going about it in this way was not something that worked with me. I spoke to Yvonne about these comments, whereby she reassured me and put my mind at rest. Other people beware if **** ******* try this with you! We agreed a reasonable fee, a valuation that we were happy with (higher than the other agents had suggested) and one that we achieved. The property sold very quickly, with only one minor bump in the road, which Yvonne, Ellie and later, Lisa, dealt with efficiently, speedily and proactively. I was kept informed throughout and communication was excellent. "The experience we had with Jamie Barnett (Narberth) was second to none. We viewed a property and it wasn't right, Jamie explored what we were looking for and we had another on our long list we wanted to view but hadn't yet arranged it. Within an hour, we were viewing it, again, not right but he was keen to have us see it. A month or so later we had an email from Jamie for a house that was due to go to market, we have now exchanged on that property. Jamie was so proactive with firstly coming back to us suggesting we might want to view it and then with any correspondence, chasing solicitors, vendors, etc. Responding promptly to calls, responding to emails, (lots of which were on his days off and out of office hours - early morning and late evening).
