Tim Brace MNAEA & MARLA

Director

Tim Brace is one of FBM's directors, bringing 40 years of experience not just to the industry, but to FBM itself. He began his career at just 17, joining the Tenby office as a trainee. By 21, he was managing the Saundersfoot branch, and by 29, he had taken full ownership of FBM—an extraordinary achievement at such a young age.

Tim’s expertise spans both commercial and residential sales, residential lettings, and holiday accommodation. He is a qualified Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), ensuring he remains at the forefront of industry standards.

With FBM Holidays now operating independently, Tim is focused on driving FBM Estates forward, continuing to build on its strong reputation and success.

Director

Kelly Gardner is a director at FBM, having started as an apprentice in 2005. She quickly rose through the ranks, becoming senior negotiator, branch manager, and ultimately a director in 2023. During her time away from the company, Kelly gained experience in online estate agency and earned a 1st Class Honors degree in business management, all while balancing motherhood.

Her appointment completes the newly formed management team at FBM. Kelly’s unique blend of practical experience and business acumen positions her to build on FBM's strong foundations, bringing a fresh vision to life and enhancing the customer experience.

Haverfordwest Manager

Steph joined FBM Estate Agents in September 2023, bringing with her over 20 years of retail and property management experience. She is passionate about selling clients their dream homes, and makes this her driving force. Renovation properties are Steph’s personal favourite, being a developer herself.

Steph has a keen eye for potential, and likes to help create a vision of what could be. In the future, Steph looks forward to achieving her MNAEA qualifications, and furthering her career as an Estate Agent. In October 2024, in recognition of her determination and skills as a Senior Sales Negotiator Steph was promoted to the Branch Manager position in our Haverfordwest office.

Kaley joined FBM Estate Agents in 2007, beginning her career as a Sales Negotiator. Since then, she has worked her way up to become Valuer and Manager of the Milford Haven branch. Having navigated some of the toughest property markets, Kaley has built a wealth of experience and resilience—qualities she believes prove that the only way is onwards and upwards.

She takes immense pride in her team, having previously led them to win “Office of the Year”—a title she’s determined to defend. With a strong, dynamic team behind her, Kaley is committed to ensuring that FBM Milford Haven remains the market leader in the town.

A hands-on and proactive manager, Kaley remains active whenever she can, constantly driving performance and supporting her team to deliver exceptional service.

Donna Jones-Powell MNAEA

Donna joined the FBM Pembroke team in 2018, bringing over 10 years of sales and customer service experience, along with a deep knowledge of the local market. She became a fully qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) in 2017. With years of experience in the industry, Donna is skilled at managing the entire sales process, from property valuation and preparing details to conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and sales progression.

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, Donna’s aim is always to exceed expectations and provide a seamless experience for our vendors and clients.

Lettings Manager

Charlotte has been a key part of FBM Residential Lettings since 2014, starting as a Property Consultant before working her way up to Manager. In 2016, she became a qualified Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) after completing a series of professional examinations.

With boundless enthusiasm and a passion for property, Charlotte leads a close-knit and highly skilled team, dedicated to expanding FBM’s rental portfolio throughout Pembrokeshire. Her proactive approach ensures both landlords and tenants receive exceptional service.

Leanne joined FBM in January 2015 after spending a decade in a fast-paced sales environment. Since then, she has continued to strengthen her skills, combining her sales expertise with an ever-growing knowledge of the property market. Her ability to negotiate and secure deals ensures that both new and returning clients receive the highest level of service.

Leanne has been recognised multiple times for her outstanding performance, winning “Salesperson of the Year” twice and earning numerous “Top Negotiator” awards. Nothing brings her greater satisfaction than working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and helping them find their next home.

Grace started her career with FBM in May 2024, initially as an Administrator & Sales Progressor. Her dedication and natural ability to build strong client relationships quickly earned her a well-deserved promotion to Sales Negotiator.

Passionate about the property industry, Grace thrives on the excitement of helping clients find their perfect home. She stays up to date with market trends and best practices and is currently working towards her Propertymark NAEA professional qualification. With her enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional service, Grace ensures that every client receives the best experience with FBM.

Robyn Arnopp-Cleevely

Administrator

Robyn joined FBM in 2023 after moving back to Pembrokeshire following ten years in Cardiff. With eight years of experience in the property sector—including roles at a national building society as a Mortgage Associate and as a Specialist Property Finance Assistant in a brokerage—she brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role.

Excited to embark on this new chapter with FBM, Robyn is eager to apply her financial expertise to estate agency and help clients navigate their property journeys with confidence.

Melissa joined the company in 2024 as a Sales Progressor and is now beginning her career as a Negotiator. She has a real passion for liaising with clients, ensuring they always receive a first-class experience.

Having lived in Pembroke Dock all her life, Melissa knows the area exceptionally well and enjoys using her local knowledge to support clients in finding the right home. Melissa is approachable, professional, and committed to making the moving process as smooth as possible.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys going to the gym and relaxing at home. She also holds a First-Class Honours degree in Education Studies.

Isabella recently relocated from the West Midlands to Pembrokeshire, bringing with her a strong interest in the property sector. After working in the NHS, she is now focused on building a career in property—driven by a genuine interest in the housing market, local area knowledge, and the search process involved in finding the right home for her buyers.

Excited to be part of FBM’s strong reputation and local presence she is looking forward to starting her NAEA qualification to further support her growth and passion for the industry.

Since joining the FBM Accounts Dept in 2007, Lindy has gone on to drive and develop the HR function within the Company, as Accounts & HR Manager, and was appointed as Senior Executive Manager in September 2021. After starting her first job in the Narberth branch of NatWest Bank, followed by a period working away in the banking & finance industry, Lindy returned to her roots in Pembrokeshire back in 1998. In her spare time she enjoys beach walks with Lou her rescued Staffie, and going to the gym.

Rebecca joined FBM in June 2025 as a Personal Assistant supporting the Directors and is really enjoying the journey so far. With a background in the hospitality sector, being organised and people-focused comes naturally to her. Shannon started her career with FBM in August 2025 as a Sales Negotiator. Previously to this Shannon has been working as an LSA in the education sector. Her time working in schools has given her excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to many different situations/personalities making her a hugely welcome part of our team.

Whilst new to the field Shannon is keen to build her career in estate agency and excited to learn and grow her knowledge of the property market.

Outside of work Shannon enjoys going to the gym, walking, spending time with family and friends and spends most her weekends out watching sports.

Jane joined FBM Residential Lettings in July 2018 and has quickly become a valued cornerstone of the team. With her excellent customer service skills and in-depth knowledge of the rental portfolio, Jane consistently delivers top-notch service to both landlords and tenants. After completing her studies, she achieved Membership with the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) with flying colours.

Charlotte joined FBM in February 2025, bringing a fresh perspective to the property industry after relocating from the West Midlands to Pembrokeshire. While new to the field, she comes with an extensive background in finance and customer service. Charlotte is passionate about developing her skills in the property sector, exploring the beauty of Pembrokeshire, and assisting clients in finding their dream homes. She is also excited to pursue her NAEA qualification to further enhance her expertise and professional growth.

Leigh joined the FBM team in 2025 after spending two years in the investment industry. Prior to that, he thrived in a management role at some of the UK's leading destination hotels. With a diverse skill set gained throughout his career, Leigh is eager to contribute to FBM’s success. Passionate about renovation projects and known for his sharp eye for detail, Leigh is excited to help clients find their perfect home.

Tina joined FBM Residential Lettings Dept in August as a Lettings Consultant, handling property management, as well as undertaking the accounts function for the department.  Tina puts to use her twelve years of vast and diverse experience working within the NHS in administrative and management roles.  This combined with seven years working for a social care provider in recruitment and as a Data Protection Officer has allowed her to develop her skills.  Tina enjoys the fast paced nature of the work and has excellent customer service skills. Tina will be studying towards becoming ARLA qualified.
Lheyton Warby

Business Development Manager

Lheyton is the newest addition to our team, brought in to deliver exceptional service to our landlord clients and develop our rental portfolio. He started his career in hospitality as a chef at a prestigious UK catering college before transitioning to front-of-house operations with the De Vere Group, managing high-end venues across the UK.

Lheyton later co-founded a serviced accommodation company, becoming Commercial Director. Over 18 years, he led high-value transactions and worked with major clients like Argos, Network Rail, and BAE Systems. His strategic partnerships helped companies mitigate void properties across the UK.

 With a passion for residential property, Lheyton joined a leading estate agency, managing the flagship branch and setting company records. In 2023, he relocated to Pembrokeshire after falling in love with the area.

Outside of work, Lheyton is an outdoors enthusiast and a volunteer with The Scout Association, where he leads expeditions across the UK and Europe.

Adam has recently joined the FBM team as a Sales Negotiator, bringing with him a strong background in leadership and teamwork from his previous role as Head Coach at a multisport academy. His coaching experience has given him excellent communication skills and a natural ability to work collaboratively—traits that translate well into the property industry.

Adam is enthusiastic about building his career in estate agency, keen to learn, and excited to grow his knowledge of the market. Outside of work, Adam is a passionate sports enthusiast, with a particular love for rugby and staying active whenever he can.

Rebecca joined FBM at the end of August 2025 as a lettings consultant in the Residential Letting Dept, starting a new career path with a keen interest in developing her skills and qualifications further. Born and raised in Haverfordwest, Rebecca has knowledge of the local Pembrokeshire and is excited to be able to provide information about the surrounding areas to clients. Providing excellent customer service has always been something Rebecca enjoys and working with customers to provide a positive impact and experience.  Rebecca will be studying towards becoming ARLA qualified.

Charlie joined the FBM team in September 2025. With his background in theatre, hospitality and customer service, he is now bringing his skills to lettings and is eager to share his wealth of knowledge with the team. He is accustomed to high-pressure working environments, delivering detailed bespoke services and prides himself on going the extra mile. He will also be working towards gaining his ARLA qualification.
