I can still remember my first day with FBM – 23 years ago. Mountains and Mountains of files, applicant cards and a typewriter. Property details were produced on a word processer and we waited each morning to see what photographs had been delivered that day to stick onto our sales particulars ! Things have certainly moved on since then but the one thing I can say hasn’t changed is our customer service. We put our clients first – always. We don’t give false hope on valuations, we accompany all viewings, we have some of the most tenacious negotiators in the business and we top it all off with a dedicated Sales Progression Manager who sees things through to the end.
