Full property description

Introducing a selection of brand-new build properties featuring 4 three-bedroom semi-detached houses, perfect as first-time buy opportunities or family homes. Located in the popular village of Pendine, known for its stunning coastal scenery and rich history, these homes offer easy access to beautiful beaches and local amenities. Each property benefits from a garden, parking, and three bedrooms, including a master en suite. Prices start from £195,000, depending on plot size.

Pendine - known through the world this popular village has its famous "Sands" that stretch for some 7 miles from Gilman Point to Ginst Point. In the early 1900s the sands were used for car and motor cycle races as the firm flat surface of the beach created a race track that was better than many major roads of the time. Sir Malcolm Campbell set the world land speed record five times between 1924 and 1927 with cars still able to access part of the beach today. The village continues to attract people year-round benefitting from various clubs and societies along with shops, pubs and restaurants. The larger towns of St. Clears and Narberth have a wide range of amenities and facilities and are some 15 and 10 miles approximately. You can visit Laugharne and see Dylan Thomas' boat house and the castle, or spend a few hours in the beautiful Colby Woodland Gardens, 10 miles. Thrill seekers head to Morfa Bay Adventure for quad biking, abseiling, caving, coasteering, gorge walking, mountain biking and land yachting. Take in beautiful Pendine from horseback with Marros Riding Centre, offering beach and woodland rides for individuals, families and groups. Further coastal resorts such as Tenby and Saundersfoot are close-by.
